Meet Our Crew

Perrie Stone

Perrie has been the president and owner of Hammer’s Autoworks since 1988. He received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management with minors in Electronics & Drafting from Southwest Missouri State University, and has past experience as an Industrial Engineer. Perrie is on the Alumni Board of Directors for Society of Collision Repair Specialists, I-Car Platinum Certified, and is a past president of MOKAN Chapter of International Materials Management Society.

Perrie serves on the Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield and is an active member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Perrie and his wife have one daughter and a grandson.

Nate Lillich

Nate has been serving various roles at Hammer’s Autoworks since 1992, and he has been vice president and owner of the company since 2005. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Missouri State University and is I-Car Platinum Certified.

Aaron Bruton

Aaron has been an Estimator at Hammer’s Autoworks since 2008. He received a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Sociology from Missouri State University and is I-Car Platinum Certifed. Before joining Hammer’s Autoworks, Aaron served as a police officer in Kansas City, Missouri. Aaron and his family are active members of Ridgecrest Baptist Church, and he and his wife have one son.

Mike Gordon

Mike has served in various positions at Hammer’s Autoworks since 2006 and been an Estimator since 2010. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Missouri State University and he is I-Car Platinum Certified. Mike is an active member of Stonebridge Church. He and his wife have one daughter.
